GS108T config 2 vlans to communicate with each other
I have VLAN 10, 11, 20, 60.
VLAN 11 (192.168.11.x) is for 15 video cameras and a DVR
VLAN 10 (192.168.10.x) is used by faculty
I want the faculty users (only a few, but it can be open to all) to be able to view the video feed by opening a browser and going to the IP of the DVR for example 192.168.11.100
How do I configure VLAN 10 to communicate with VLAN 11

In order for you to communicate VLAN 10 to VLAN 11 is that you need to enable intervlan routing on your router / firewall. GS108T doesn't have any capability to do vlan routing as this is only a Layer 2 switch.
