GS516TP - SInce installed I now cant see my CCTV Cameras via the main outside IP Address??
Hi
I changed from an unmanaged Prosafe 8 port to the GS516TP -
SInce installed I now cant see my CCTV Cameras via the main outside IP Address??
What am I missing?

My ports are open on my BT Router
Yes problem sorted
The switch inst blocking any ports.. I had to change the settings on the Hikvision DVR

Welcome to the community!
Assuming that you've only replaced the unmanaged 8-port switch with the GS516TP, please try disabling STP and IGMP Snooping by logging in to the GS516TP's admin page.
Kindly refer to pages 70 and 81 of the user manual here on how to disable them.

Hi, have you found the solution,? i was actually facing the same problem.
