GS724TP VLAN Issues
I just added a GS724TP to my network, it is showing the latest firmware 5.0.0.15 with the Boot Version of 1.0.0.5. This switch was added to utilize the POE feature of the new GS108T (New Gray ones). ...
Ok so apparently the VLAN 1 "Tagging" this is a "Known Issue" with the current firmware as well as any of the other 5.x ones from what I am seeing.
Is it possible to get a Beta Firmware for the GS724TP or since that doesn't seem likely at this point an even better question is if I downgrade to one of the 3.x firmwares will I get back the VLAN Functionality that I so desperately need?
Basically unless / until I can get this resolved this switch is completely useless to me and I haven't heard back fro Netgear as of yet either.
