Using MIB Browser and I loaded the MIB Version 6.1.0.39 for the GS752TXS.
1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.11.43.1.6.1.1 for boxServicesFansIndex
1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.11.43.1.6.1.3 for boxServicesFanItemState
You GS752TXS is currently in 6.1.0.27 you may have to upgrade to the latest and use the MIB provided here.
