GSM7212 corrupt flash (how to recover)

Today the 4'th switch (same model) got the same problem. All of them are now 3.5 years old and I fear, sooner or later all of our GSM7xxx NetGear Switches will come in the same trouble.
Trying to get phone support was senseless, because nearly an hour their support number was busy. We will make RMA's for all of them. I'm not glad of this - these are relative expensive Business Switches. In future setups we will go back to Cisco Switches if this trouble goes on. Price is not the only criteria.
