GSM7224v2 loses configuration after power outage

As topic title says - this unit (new to me but secondhand) loses it's configuration after a power cycle.   I don't see any button cell within the unit for volatile memory backup. Surely configurati...

    Welcome to the community!

    Yes configuration lives in non-volatile memory, when it's saved. Until it is saved, it is in RAM only.

    When you configure the switch, it is not saved automatically. Are you using Web Interface (GUI)? A Save button should do it.

    Please let us know if this was the burden or not

You can use the Save Configuration function via the GSM7224v2 web-GUI.  On the web-GUI, click on the Maintenance tab and then click on the Save Config tab at the right section.
