GSM7248-200NAS M4100-50G PXE problem even with STP disabled

Hi All,

 

I am working on a project that has two GSM7248-200NAS M4100-50G 48 port switches.  The PXE boot on my client nodes are very inconsistent.  Some of them pick up an IP but some do not.  This just happens randomly.  I disabled STP admin mode, and i disabled STP and LACP on all ports.  The issue still remains. 

 

I also have a 10G Netgear switch which is doing the same thing.  Does anyone has any idea why this is happening?
