GSM7328S - Briked terminal not working
I'm trying to make recovery of the firmware through the serial port but I can not update. The swich does not respond, does not connect to the network and not the led the doors. the reset button works...

Welcome to the community!
It is impossible to use xmodem if the switch does not respond anymore. Have you tried the 30-30-30 reset on the switch? You'll have to push and hold the factory reset button for a total of 90 seconds while turning the switch off and on every 30 seconds. You'll have to start while the switch is on, push and hold for 30 seconds then off continue holding for 30 seconds more and turn it back on holding the factory reset for 30 more seconds.
Let's see if that will work.

I did 30-30-30 procedure and did not work, now the terminal after this attempt shows these strange characters that are in print. And now I can try?

It appears to me that the flash might be broken. I suggest contacting our Support Team, it might be time for replacement.

I do not have the switch documents and do not know when it was purchased. His serial number was already registered before. So in this case what would be the way to contact support?
