GSS116E Power Failure

Woke up this morning and the power was out on my GSS116E.  It was working fine last night when I went to bed.  I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the power light does not come on and the light...

Yes, tried to factory reset with all cabled disconnected.

 

Also, powered off, tried various outlets and event tested the power adapter with a power meter and its draws power.
