Sudden failure on GSS116E
Hi all,
I've got one of these switches, that has been humming along without issue for ages.
Today, it's suddenly gone dark - power LED is lit, but nothing on the ports at all, and appears to not have any connectivity.
I have power-cycled the device. Any other suggestions?

Found out that you have already contacted the NETGEAR Support Team and a replacement has been processed for your faulty GSS116E switch.
