Sudden failure on GSS116E (new)

Hi Everyone,

I've got one of these switches.  Similar to other users, today, it's suddenly gone dark and wont power on.  I have power-cycled the device. Any other suggestions?

    If this is a new switch and is still under store warranty, you can return it to the store for replacement. Otherwise you can contact NETGEAR support as what schumaku suggested.
