How to set JGS524Ev2 port to 1000/Full

It's not possible to manually set a port to 1000Mbps/Full. If the speed is set to Auto then the linked speed should show "1000M Full" provided that the connected device is capable of such.
In your case, have you tried using a different Ethernet cable and/or a workstation? Also, is that the only device that establishes a 100Mbps connection?

Here again, link negotiation is mandatory on copper Ethernet for speeds of 1000M and up. There is no "I want".
