I have been looking into this further and beleive I may be able to do this with NAT. I couldnt find anything in the CLI manual about it so the switch may not have the ability to do it. I will keep digging, any assistance is appriciated.

Hi sstephens, thank you for your message. No NAT actually on L2/L3/L4 Managed Switches, but Advanced ACLs (IP) will do it nicely. You just need to bind your ACLs to your respective VLANs and redirect any source IP traffic to any destination other IP, you can specify which kind of traffic, too. If routing is needed, then Policy-Based Routing (PBR) will use ACLs to modify IP routes. NETGEAR M4300 switches are very capable, please let us know if you need more information. The Community will help you.
You will find the CLI manual and Web interface user manual in M4300 support pages. Commands are presented one by one. But best for your questions would be the Software Administration Manual which delivers practical examples (both using CLI and Web GUI). I would advise you consult the chapter 11 for ACLs (there is redirect ACL example page 204). If PBR is needed, you should consult the chapter 8 starting page 145. Let us know how it goes!
