I've misplaced the password for my swtich and need to reset it. When I load the configuration utility I'm not able to factory reset it as it requires the password to do so. Is there a physical w...

So I've tried thesde steps;
1 - pin reset to over 30 secs with power on, no result
2 - pull power out, hold reset button in, plug in power wait 10 secs
any other tips?

Please try this:
How do I log into the switch if I lost my password?
From the configuration utility, select the switch and use the serial number (printed on the bottom product label of the switch) as the password. Once logged into the switch, reset the password.

I've tried this also ... the serial number is not accepted as the password.
