I'm the product manager for the www.netgear.com/managed switches.
There will be no NAT in the managed switch, so you cannot "replace" a router by a managed switch this way. NAT is needed, the managed switch will only allow for LAN routing, for instance between VLANs, but firewalling/NAT is still needed above, connecting to the ISP modem.
