M4100 VLAN Routing command

I need clarification on some switch configs that I was just handed. Essentially, what would the "VLAN routing 1 1" command do if entered into a configuration? I have multiple config files and the only difference between them is that one has that line added.

Example:

interface VLAN 1
ip address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
exit
exit
vlan database
vlan 5
vlan name 5 "VLAN5Name"
vlan 10
vlan name 10 "VLAN10Name"
vlan routing 1 1
exit

    twp1,

    Welcome to the community! :)

"vlan routing 1 1" means it enables routing on VLAN 1 interface 1.  As reference, kindly read page 251 of the M4100 Series CLI Command Reference Manual here
