M4100-26G Routing between Vlans and External Network
I have a M4100-26G switch which is a Layer 2+ switch.
I have in internetprovider that gave me fixed ip addresses, which look like
82.151.55.150, subnetmask 255.255.255.248, and their gateway is like 82.151.55.125. Via this ip address and gateway I connect to the internet. What I want to do is make sure all connections to the switch can connect to eachother and share the internet connection.
I have created a DHCP Pool on the switch (VLAN200) with 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0, where the VLAN has routing address 192.168.100.1. The first (default VLAN 1) I have assigned the fixed ip address 82.151.55.150.
The DHCP server works and once I have a ip address I can ping also the 82.151.55.150 address. However I cannot connect to the Internet. Somehow I cannot go beyond the address of the switch (82.151.55.150) and connect to the internet.
Anybody experience with setting up a M4100 switch with a fixed external IP address and being able to share an internet connection.

Hi adriaanmeeling,
Welcome to the community!
Client can't access Internet due to Switch doesn't support NAT function.
In your scenario, I suggest you deploy one Router or FW to connect to Internet, and all clients get IP address from the Router or FW. As Router or FW support NAT function.
Switch only working as L2&L3 switching role, cannot take the place of Router or FW role.
Hope it helps!
