m4250 fan noise

Hello After updating the m4250 firmware a few days ago, the fan continues to spin intermittently even though the temperature is between 32 and 33 degrees. How do I solve this? It is very uncomforta...

You should be able to manually turn the fans off, please see page 61 of the user manual here.

    Hello
    Of course, I set the fan-off setting.
    The fan temperature sensor is 32 degrees, but it keeps spinning.
    When listening to music, it is noisy because of the noise of m4250, so I get in the way a lot.

      We suggest contacting support here for further assistance. This can either be an issue with the device or maybe a certain threshold is exceeded (PoE budget or traffic load in your case).
