Welcome to the community! :)
Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the brand/model of the fiber modules you are using between the M4300-12X12F and the QNAP TS-EC2480U R2 as well as between the M4300-12X12F and FreeNAS?
b. What is the bonding mode (or Hash mode) configured on the QNAP TS-EC2480U R2 and FreeNAS?
c. Is LACP configured also between the M4300-12X12F and the PC?
d. What is the behavior of the 10GBASE-X SFP+ port LEDs on the M4300-12X12F switches?
e. What is the current firmware version of the M4300-12X12F?

The firmware of the switch is 12.0.7.10.

- Lag2 between S3300 (Ground Floor) and M4300 : AXC7610(Netgear) LACP.
- Lag3 between S3300 (Second Floor) and M4300 : AXC7615(Netgear) LACP.
- Lag4 between M4300 ---> Qnap TS-EC2480U R2 : 02 cable : SFP-H10GB-ACU7M , CABLE-STRG Kawasaki 594060003.
- Lag5 between M4300 ---> Freenas server APY : 02 cable : PSF1PXA3MBLLN (Same Model).
The protocol used between Qnap and M4300 is lacp configured in Qnap 802.3ad dynamic.And same in freenas. (STP off , Static off).The led port in M4300 Swetch is green and 10G Full (The swetch is L3 switch).LACP is not configured between the M4300-12X12F and the PC (L3 switch only).- DaneANETGEAR Employee Retired
I apologize for the late response. :(
The firmware of the switch is 12.0.7.10.
Let us update the firmware of the M4300-12X12F switch to the latest version which is v12.0.7.17 and you can download it here. Then, check if the same problem will occur.
LACP is not configured between the M4300-12X12F and the PC (L3 switch only).
Is your PC connected with 10G ethernet connection to the M4300-12X12F switch?
