M4300-24X bricked

The switch was running fine with firmware version 12.0.13.7 and suddenly stopped working. The power light starts and stays orange and the console port which is set to 115200.8.N.1 only shows [Connected] from the terminal app.

I have several similar switches and the console looks like following, but I don't see any activity on the console from the one having the issue.

I am unable to press Q to get out of any boot cycle. There is just no response whatsoever.

 

Thanks in advance for your help.  I've attached a few screenshots of the configuration before it stopped working.

    I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime.  Kindly state your concern and a hardware check should be conducted.  If its proven that your M4300-24x is really faulty, be ready to upload a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of your M4300-24x for warranty verification.  If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be granted.
