M4300-24X24F SFP hot swap problem

Hello.

We have twho M4300-24X24F switches. Not in stack. Both exhibit the same problem.

When we insert new SFP+ module or when we just want change slot for existing module, link on other SFP+ models goes down. Replug cables dosn't work. We must unplug and then instert all transcievers to make them work again. Copper/metallic section of switch is OK and works.

Switches are from year 2023 and we are now on latest firware. This behaviour is same across all firwares from 2023 to today (v12.0.19.4).

One of switches do a factory reset arter some hot swap tryouts. In memory log is nothig suspicious. And because they are "core" switches, I can't make some deep analysis, because they are in production.

On empthy SFP slots I get some messages. But they are unused, without transcievers.
DRIVER[boxs Req]: hpcsfp.c(489) 1418 %% s/p(0/4): Task: boxs Req, plugged in Transceiver is not accessible. Please re-insert or check the module.

Any help?

Thanks.
