M4300 Backup Options
I've got several M4300's some stacked, some standalone that I need to take complete backups from. In the M4100's and the layer 2 switches from Netgear you can go to Maintenance --> Upload and dump out both a text config as well as a full on archive/backup file. On the M4300's I can dump out a text config file which is better than nothing but I'd like to get a full backup (archive, backup config, etc) especially on the stacked switches. When selecting Maintenance --> Export --> HTTP File Export and choosing Backup Configuration I get an error message: Error! File is either empty or not found. This is a smidge concerning and is happening on multiple M4300's. I feel like it's likely something simple that I'm missing so any suggestions/help would be super appreciated.

By default there is no backup-config file in switch, only startup-config file.
If you want to export backup-config file, you need execute CLI command as below first:
'copy nvram:startup-config nvram:backup-config'
By the way, I suggest you can select to export tech-support file if you want to get full information(like: basic info, config, log.... ), as tech-support file almost include all of these data. And if you face same waring message when you select tech-support file, please run 'show tech-support' command first to generate the file, then do export operation.
Hope it helps!
