Always worth checking would be is these ports are in stacking or in Ethernet mode.

For me the optics seems to works well :
The same SFP are working with ProSafe XS708E & ProSafe XS712
EDIT : I've try to use a QNAP load-balancing mode with only my SFP and it's works well at the first try.
But that doesn't explain why it's not working with LACP
