M4300 memory leak
Upgraded to 12.0.19.19 (from 12.0.19.4) yesterday morning.
Now the ram usage increases until the switch crashes and reboots :/
Any advice here?
Seen the same behaviour on M4300-28G-PoE+ and M4300-8X8F and a M4300-52G-PoE+ . Haven't upgraded any others for now.

Seen the same on 12.0.19.19, upgraded to 12.0.19.21 it still has memory leak. It is slow it eventually makes our stacks crash. Last know good in our case is 12.0.17.16, but I'm not sure if we can downgrade as bootloader was upgraded to B1.0.0.18
I have one stack running 12.0.19.12, it has had stack masters seemingly lock up recently and took down the whole stack. I am not seeing the memory leak in it. This stack has four M4300-24XF and two M4300-28G
Another stack was running 12.0.19.19. It experienced a stack crash. I updated that stack to 12.0.19.21, about a week later it crashed again. I see the memory leak on it. Every time I run "show process memory" I see SCRIPT increasing:69 - SCRIPT 1290128[ +112] 1290128 [11519/0]
69 - SCRIPT 1291584[ +1456] 1291584 [11532/0]
This stack has two M4300-24XFOur workaround for stacked switches is to reboot members one by one every two weeks. Since everything is dual uplinked to both members of stack we do not have outage.
I got case # 49805318 opened for this problem.
We are not using the AV features so supported suggested we disable the AV UI to mitigate the memory leak, it seems to work!
Their response:Good day. I received an update from our higher support team regarding the memory leak issue.
They advised that if you are not using any of the AV features on the switch, you can mitigate the memory leak issue by disabling the AV UI through the command line(CLI). Since the AV functionality is not required in your environment, disabling the AV UI should prevent the issue from occurring while having no impact on your switch operations.
Below are the commands to disable the AV UI.
To Disable:
(M4300) >enable
(M4300) #application stop appmgr Application stopped.
(M4300) #configure
(M4300) (Config)#no application install appmgr
(M4300) (Config)#exit
(M4300) #save
To Enable: (M4300) >enable
(M4300) #configure
(M4300) (Config)#application install appmgr
(M4300) (Config)#exit
(M4300) #application start appmgr Application started.
(M4300) #save
Applied on our M4300s and it seems to work.
Firmware 12.0.19.23 has been released that should have the fix for the memory leak, I've not had time to test it yet.
