M4300 Stack - issues with packet loss and management performance

Hello,

we are using 3 M4300-24x24f as a core unit working in stack mode.

The stack is configured with 2 uplinks to each device (2*10GB) as a ring.

Currently, and i don´t know when it occured first, we have the following effects:

• ping loss about 30% from all network neigbors to the core (ping, ssh, web management)
• cpu usage about 65%
• local management connects like usb or console are not affected

The network load is not dealing with high numbers.

After a while of thinking about the stack itself could cause this behaviour. 

What kind of options we have to determine these issues?
