M4300 Stack (XSM4335FS + GSM4328S) -- Web, SSH, and SNMPv3 all stopped working
I have a stack consisting of 4x M4300-35FX (XSM4335FS) and 2x M4300-28G (GSM4328S) switches using a single management IP. This stack has been in production use for 5+ years and has received numerous firmware upgrades.
We received an alert from our monitoring system that SNMPv3 went down, and upon investigation found that the web UI and SSH access are also no longer responding.
The switches are still passing traffic normally, but all management access appears to be down.
Has anyone seen this before or know what might cause the management plane to stop responding like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi BrettD,
Thanks for these additional details. In case it wasn't clear, this issue happened randomly, not during a firmware upgrade.
The stack was last updated a few months ago and has been operating without issue since then. This was a random issue, where SNMP, SSH, and Web management all stopped working for no apparent reason.
Please advise if there is any way to gracefully restart these services. Thank you.

Just looking at the release notes for 12.0.19.10
"- For user passwords, line passwords, and enable passwords that are encrypted with AES in firmware release 12.0.15.7 or earlier releases, automatic migration is supported to the more secure SHA512 in release 12.0.17.6 or later releases.
- User passwords, line passwords, and enable passwords that are encrypted with MD5 (salted) in firmware release 12.0.15.7 or earlier releases are not migrated to release 12.0.17.6 or later releases, so they must be set manually.
- SNMPv3 MD5 and SHA-based passwords from firmware release 12.0.15.7 or earlier releases are not migrated to release 12.0.17.6 or later releases, so they must be set manually. "
Also, for Webgui, make sure you have the correct port: 49152 - as I believe this may have changed from 49151
