M5300-52G-POE+ (GSM7252PS) End of Life or replaced?

Hi all,

I'm seeing a number of posts/listings around the web that the M5300-52G-POE+ AKA GSM7252PS has been replaced by something else or at the least has become end of life.

Can someone advise me what its replacement is?

Thanks.

Tim

  • Hi Tim

We have launched the new M4300 series that replaced M5300, M7100 and M7300 series all together last year after a few quarter transition. You can refer to the M4300 Product Transition Notification here.

More specifically, the M5300-52G-PoE+ (GSM7252PS) got replaced by M4300-52G-PoE+ (GSM4352PA or GSM4352PB) with following benefits: Mixed 1G/10G stacking, Dual redundant hot swap PSUs, Full Layer 3 including Policy Based Routing, Lower acoustic noise and Full PoE+ power.

Please let us know of any questions -

    Regards,
