Managed Switch for Dante

Hello,

in my Recording Studio I've changed from TB to DANTE. I have a small system. My Dante HW Devise is my Lynx Aurora Converter and my Mac Pro Desktop late 2013 (Big Sur) Currently I use the GS308E but I have little problems with dropouts and sometimes crashes on the Mac. The problem, in my opinion, it's the switcher because there is no possibility to disable the EEE-Savety. 

So, what (managed) switcher could you recommend for my small system especially to disable the EEE-problem ?
