Managed switch
Is there a 5-port managed switch that will allow me to force gigabit speeds?

Where are you getting that speed? What tools are you using to test it? If you really want to know the throughput of the ports then you may need to use JPerf, bandwidth is different from port speed. NETGEAR doesn't have a 5-port switch that can manually set the port speed to 1G.

No PC’s will be directly attached. I’m working on my WiFi environment in my campground. The radios are said to have gigabit ports but when doing a speed test between radios that are hardwired together I get about 200Mbps, when I place a unmanaged gigabit switch between them I get 360 Mbps. The radios are negotiating to a slower speed, I need a switch where I can force the port speed to gigabit.
I have 15 AP’s hardwired to bridges that use 5GHZ back hall to a controller. I’m losing to much bandwidth due to auto negotiation.
