This is a challenging task. I suggest to start by posting an image of your current network setup and make it detailed as possible. Then, try using the NMS300.
The NMS300 can provide information such as Common STP Port Status. As reference, kindly read page 311 of the NMS300 user manual here. Both the GS110TP and M4300 switch models (M4300-8X8F, M4300-12X12F, M4300-24X24F, M4300-28G, M4300-52G, M4300-28G-POE+, and M4300-52G-POE+) are supported on the NMS300.
