mynetgear registrations are missing.

Completely frustrated by this.

 

I've come to add/check my product registrations today, logged into my account, and found none of my products. Not very fun as we have quite a number of switches. I then try to start re-registering my M4100 switches: one can't be registered because it has a 12 digit serial number, and one with a 13 digit serial number just doesn't register.

 

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I really hope it's something dumb that I'm missing.

 

I also can't find a way to chat with someone from Netgear. I tried a live chat, but no agents were available.

 

I have about 20 M4100 switches to register, so that if one goes bust, I can actually get an RMA.

  • Okay, turns out this is a Netgear server issue. I'll just wait a few days and check on it again; all my switches are registered.

  • Oh and I did check my past emails; I've got plenty of emails confirming that at least some of my switches have been registered in the past.
