I bought a Year a Ago a used XSM4324CS Switch. It worked one Year, the Device is not booting anymore and has no Response on the Serial Connections. So I asked for Support, because of the unlimited Hardware Warranty. The Answer was for my very surprising, I bought through Ebay and that is not an Authorized Seller so no unlimited Hardware support. The Company, were i bought the Device, they bought it from an Authorized Seller and they don't want to provide there original Invoice. When I log into MyNETGEAR, I don't have any switches registered. I called NetGEAR a couple of weeks back to see what has happened, and was told that it's an issue that they know about. I've tried again today, but still the same story; I've been trying to find a phone number for them for the past hour, but I can't seem to find one at all. No registered products? No way to contact them. Does someone have a phone number at all for business? Hello, So my XS712T switch decided to go belly up. Have tried factory resets etc. but it's not discovered anymore (not even on default ip). It seems to boot fine, green light comes on etc. All ports seem to be negotiating but the ACT light never lights up. Details: XS712T v1 Firmware 6.1.0.12 How do I initiate an RMA process in Europe/Finland? Can't seem to find any instructions on the support site. Completely frustrated by this. I've come to add/check my product registrations today, logged into my account, and found none of my products. Not very fun as we have quite a number of switches. I then try to start re-registering my M4100 switches: one can't be registered because it has a 12 digit serial number, and one with a 13 digit serial number just doesn't register. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I really hope it's something dumb that I'm missing. I also can't find a way to chat with someone from Netgear. I tried a live chat, but no agents were available. Hey, I have developed a fault with one of our AXM761 10gig tranceivers. I have confirmed it is the tranceiver by swapping it with known working modules (when plugged into the switch tranceiver port the laser only stays active for a second before extinguishing and won't uplink to it's aggregator). Question is, although this product is registered in my.netgear.com, I am unable to raise a warranty request under the 5 year limited warranty scheme (it was purchased 3 years ago) - can anyone advise how I go about this process? I am in the UK. The option is not available against the product in my.netgear.com.
