AXM761 limited 5 year warranty query

Hey,

 

I have developed a fault with one of our AXM761 10gig tranceivers. I have confirmed it is the tranceiver by swapping it with known working modules (when plugged into the switch tranceiver port the laser only stays active for a second before extinguishing and won't uplink to it's aggregator).

 

Question is, although this product is registered in my.netgear.com, I am unable to raise a warranty request under the 5 year limited warranty scheme (it was purchased 3 years ago) - can anyone advise how I go about this process? I am in the UK. The option is not available against the product in my.netgear.com. Unlike most prosafe kit, tranceivers aren't covered under the "limited lifetime" warranty
