Welcome to the community!
Yes, you will need to configure PVIDs and VLAN membership for this kind of setup to work. See images below for reference:
First you'll create the VLAN.
Then, add the members of the VLAN:
Assign the PVID of the ports:
Once you have done creating the VLANs and adding the ports with PVID, remember to go to VLAN1 and untagged the ports you wanted to be assigned to a different VLAN.
