Netgear M4300 reboots

Question

Hello,We have several&nbsp;M4300-12X12F and we have detected what they reboots&nbsp;periodically (1-2 week), without any resonable event.In attach coredump from 2 devices.https://pastebin.com/WpphM8x1https://pastebin.com/zknLrU40&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi Mishanos,

&nbsp;

I advise you to update the firmware of your&nbsp;M4300-12X12F switches to v12.0.2.20.&nbsp; You can download it here.&nbsp; Be reminded that its best to perform a factory reset after upgrading the firmware then reconfigure the settings from scratch in order to start clean using the latest firmware version.&nbsp;

As per release notes of&nbsp;firmware v12.0.2.20, it says that it fixes the issue wherein the M4300-12X12F (XSM4324S)&nbsp;reboots&nbsp;itself without any reason.&nbsp; Kindly read the release notes of&nbsp;firmware v12.0.2.20 here.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I just want to follow-up on this.&nbsp;&nbsp;Were you able to update the firmware of your M4300 switches&nbsp;to the latest version which is v12.0.2.20 then performed a factory then reconfigure everything from scratch?&nbsp;
