NetGear ProSafe GS105E v2 managed switch bricked after firmware update
I have a Netgear ProSafe Plus switch, model Gigabit Plus Switch Series (GS105Ev2). I recently attempted to do a firmware update but it appears to have failed. The switch still appears to function as an unmanaged switch, but none of the port lights are working and the management interface is no longer reachable
I have used the reset defaults button to try and restore connectivity, but it doesn't make a difference. I have hardcoded my PC to 192.168.0.64/24 and did a ping scan on the subnet, but the only device that responds is my PC (the only thing connected to the switch).
Is there any way to force a firmware update on this switch? Can it be flashed from an internal connection?

I have the ability to program the Winbond 25Q16DVSIG chip on found on the board, I just need to know WHAT to program.
Is there a source for the full code that goes onto this EPROM? Will flashing just the downloaded firmware work or is there a loader that needs to be added?

I successfully flashed the firmware for this switch to the EPROM, but still no joy. Most likely it needs additional code on the EPROM to boot properly.
Is there any source for a dump of what is found on the Winbond 26Q16V EPROM?
