Let us isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What browser are you using to access the web-GUI of the GS752TP?
b. Are there any error message/s that came up?
c. Did you try using other browsers like Firefox or Safari to isolate the problem?
d. Did you try using other PC/s or laptop/s?
e. What is the current firmware version of the GS752TP switch?
f. Have you tried to perform a factory reset the GS752TP then reconfigure it from scratch and check if same problem occurs?
