May you be able to share a screenshot of the port mirroring configuration of the switch?

Port status down and no link speed negotiated (like the FW or the Monitor port) does very unlikey (read: not) allow forwarding any traffic.
Is there another link active between the WAN and the firewall appliance/router?
Even if the Wireshark adapter is running in promiscious mode, the Ethernet link is required.
