Port Rate Control in Kbps

I am trying to create a test environment where I can reduce port speeds to really low data rates.  Preferably as slow as 1 Kbps but 10 Kbps would be suitable.  Yes, I said "Kbps" not Mbps...this is I...

You can look at our Gigabit Ethernet Smart Managed Plus Switch line to see all the models that can support at least 512 kbps of port rate limit. Then, submit an idea /or feature request here.
