I am posting this for my organization If there an option set separate usage limit for montly for every user by the help of MAC ids then no one do not misuse the internet in a firm. Otherwise in a firm some one uses most and others don't. So the traffic limit expires. The admin can't identify who is misused it. And we get a separate usage details daliy with the help of MAC ids. Plz add this option too if its possible.

Unmanaged Switch
Model Version: GS308E Firmware: V1.00.11EN OS: Windows 11 Request: Allow users to manually enter rates for Ingrees/Egress. At this time, one can only select between several presets, from 512Kbit/s to 512Mbit/s. Ideal solution: Users should be able to enter rates manually. Use case scenario: My internet speed is 15Mbit download and 0.5Mbit upload. When someone uses Wifi in the household, my Ping jumps in games. I got a GS308E to limit usage, but found out that the lowest limit I can use for ingrees is 512Kbit/s, which is still more than I have with my provider. As a result, when someone uploads something my ping goes up to 700-900ms. Also, I would like to limit egress to 5Mbit/s, and I can only select between 4 and 8. It seems like a pretty basic feature to have, so I'm hoping this can be introduced in a future firmware update, especially the lower limit for ingress. Thank you!

Hello Netgear people. I need a way to mount you switch using a 4 or 5mm bolt, are there any mounting options beside that little wood screws that are provided? I need a special nut that fits the mounting holes, anyone got any ideas? Brad

The firmware release notes for the GS108v3 state that the web UI works by monitoring all traffic on port 80, and that when flow control is enabled thoughput may be effected. On my switch the throughput is reduced all the way down to around 20Mbps!
I think there should be an option to allow the user to change the web UI port to one that is not likely to have much traffic and even an option to completely disable the web UI.
To make the switch more plug-and-play friendly I also think the default UI port should be changed to something like 84 or have flow control disabled by default.
