Port Rate limit on GSM7352Sv2

Question

HiCan anyone tell me how to rate limit egress on a Layer-3 GSM7352Sv2 running version 10 firmware.I have tried CoS &gt; Advanced &gt; CoS Interface Configuration and set the interface to either 1 or 99, which on a Gigabit link tells me that the switch should limit the traffic on either one of these settings to 10Mbps. But it does not. I easily get over 20Mbps to and from the port. For an expensive switch this is disappointing.

Rate limit can be set up as DiffServ policy.Check out chapter 12 of the software manual.http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/M5300/M5300_SWA_14Dec2012.pdf
