Prosafe FS726TP Not discovered by either SMartWizard or SCC
Morning, I recently purchased a 2nd hand switch from Gumtree as a backup switch, I managed to access the web url and find the switch by using Smart Wizzard. Decided to upgrade the firmware to the latest which I done however since rebooting the device I now can’t access it via 192.168.0.239, Smart Wizzard and Discovery Utility?
I’ve tried full reset a number of times and holding the reset for various times..
The switch power led lights up green and port lights light up green showing activity on each port. Looking under terminal I can see the switch under arp -a (192.168.0.239 and MAC address) but not under my DHCP on the Netgear router?
So I can still use the switch but I’m not able to do anything else with it.. any ideas?

The FS726TP Firmware Version 2.0.1_14 release notes state:
"... Once the switch has been upgraded to this firmware, it can only be discovered and managed by the Smart Control Center and can no longer be discovered nor managed by the Smartwizard Discovery Utiltiy. ..."
Further on, the update requires a new boot loader and then the firmware:
"...
Upgrade Instructions:
Warning: Improper upgrade procedure may cause the device to become inoperable and it will need to be replaced..
- Upgrade boot code "FS726TP_BootCode_SCC.hex" by SmartWizard.
- Once upgrade complete, power cycle switch. At this moment, system will boot up at boot code mode automatically.
- Now the unit should be able to discover by SmartControlCeneter and will not be discovered by SmartWizard anymore.
- Upgrade " FS726TP_V2.0.1_14.bin" by SmartContolCenter.
..."
- ThatFlookGuyAspirantI believe this is how I upgraded but since not been able to discover the switch at all.
I’m able to ping the switch and when attempting connection Wizzard through windows it’s reports that the switch isn’t allowing connections to be made on port 80.
