Hi,
Fully managed switches, such as yours, can only be factory reset from:
1. The GUI
or
2. The CLI (via console)
The "Reset" button is just a reboot so it won't do much. If you do not know the IP of the switch, i.e. you cannot get to the GUI - then you need to acquire a console cable.
Resetting the switch is typically done from the boot menu.

After the reset, you need to setup the switch with an IP address, etc.
