GS724T - Which HW & FW version?
I "inherited" a GS724T. I have no real idea how old it is, nor which HW version it is. It is currently running v1.2.3 FW. There is no obvious serial number, only a single label with it's MAC ad...
Having the same problem here. Why is it so difficult to identify the hardware version of a switch? It seems like Netgear is keeping this information secret or something. Can't they just post some kind of cross-reference so that people can discover this information for themselves without having to wait until someone from Netgear happens to read the forums and notice our frustration? What is the deal, Netgear?
