Register Second Hand Product
Hi I have just bought a second hand switch.
It has been registered previously.
How do I get it registered in my name?

Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, registration and warranty are non-transferable. The reason why we encourage our customers to register it as soon as they purchase it (brand new) is to activate their support and hardware warranty. If a case of a hardware failure occurs, the equipment is replaced (under warranty) and the system automatically updates the new serial number. Please read the following documents below for more information:
