Replacement for JFS524F switch with SFP module for Fiber

Welcome to the community!
I suggest checking the firmware version on both ends. Are you using a software monitoring tool to see where the packet drops? If you can't find the JGS524 anymore, I suggest looking at the standalone smart switch series.

Thanks to everyone who responded. We ended up replacing with two tripplite fiber to ethernet media converters and because these Netgear's were old and 100 Mbps only, replaced them with regular Gigabit switches.
