Seeing a security viloation on port security where device MAC seems to be case sensitive

Have enabled single MAC port security on switch and get security violations with some types of devices. These devices seem to present their MAC address in lower case when booting up and in bootloade...

Sorry, The model is the ProSafe GS110TP

The Boot Version is B5.1.0.2

Software Version 5.4.2.18

Were you able to update the firmware of you switch? Are you still having issues?

    No, Have not had a chance to retest the Netgear with updated FW.

    For now, all units/sites were moved to Cisco switches. We will try the new FW at later date.
