Simple configuration to prioritize one port for GS110TPv3

No idea where you want to add anything ... such a switch does have a total bandwidth of 20Gbps full duplex
network with the full speed available port-to-port, and a latency of less than 4 μs for 64-byte frames in store-and-forward mode for 1000Mbps to 1000Mbps transmission. The maximum such a switch can do for any of the 1 GbE ports. Any throttling would be configured by the admin on the ingress and egress on each port.
