Found out from the NETGEAR Support Team that you have an ongoing support ticket with them.
Be informed that a new firmware has been released for the M4300 switch models which is v12.0.15.7. If your M4300 switch is not yet in the latest version, I suggest you to update it. Kindly read the new features & bug fixes as well as you can download it here.
