'static manal lag' and hash mode to use on L3 switch
Hello Our main switch is a gsm7252sv2 . We have lags set up to pfsense and 10+ virtual machine hosts. for a seconday network we purchased a JGS524PE which has ' Static Manual LAGS only'...

Because Web Managed Plus switches like JGS524E only do static LAG with MAC address parsing, on your Fully Managed switch (M5300 - GSM7352S), you should create a LAG and use static mode with our default hashing:
- Static Mode = ENABLED
- Hash Mode = 3 - Source/Dest MAC, VLAN, ETH
